Is Zoom down right now?

No. Zoom is up and responding normally as of our last check (1 min ago). If it isn't working for you, the problem is probably on your side, so try the fixes on this page.

Why is Zoom not working for me?

If Zoom is up for us but not for you, the cause is usually local: an outdated browser cache, a DNS problem, your internet connection, a VPN or ad blocker, or an out-of-date app. Work through the steps under "Zoom not working for you?" above.

How do you check if Zoom is down?

Our server requests https://zoom.us/ every 2 minutes from outside your network. If Zoom answers at all, even with a redirect or a sign-in page, we count it as up. Timeouts, refused connections, DNS failures and 5xx server errors count as down. Press "Check now" to run a live test at any time.
