Disney+ not working for you?
If we show Disney+ as up but it won't load for you, try these steps:
- Lower the playback quality, or pause for a minute so the video can buffer.
- Close other apps and devices that are using your bandwidth.
- Sign out and back in. If the app fails, try the website, or the other way round.
- On a smart TV or streaming stick, restart the device and check for app updates.

Why is Disney+ not working for me?
If Disney+ is up for us but not for you, the cause is usually local: an outdated browser cache, a DNS problem, your internet connection, a VPN or ad blocker, or an out-of-date app. Work through the steps under "Disney+ not working for you?" above.
How do you check if Disney+ is down?
Our server requests https://www.disneyplus.com/ every 2 minutes from outside your network. If Disney+ answers at all, even with a redirect or a sign-in page, we count it as up.
