iCloud not working for you?
If we show iCloud as up but it won't load for you, try these steps:
- Sign out and back in. Expired sessions cause many 'not loading' errors.
- Check whether your company network, VPN or firewall blocks iCloud.
- If the website fails, try the desktop or mobile app, or the other way round.
- Check iCloud's official status page for problems with specific features.

Is iCloud down right now?
No. iCloud is up and responding normally as of our last check (16s ago). If it isn't working for you, the problem is probably on your side, so try the fixes on this page.
Why is iCloud not working for me?
If iCloud is up for us but not for you, the cause is usually local: an outdated browser cache, a DNS problem, your internet connection, a VPN or ad blocker, or an out-of-date app. Work through the steps under "iCloud not working for you?" above.
How do you check if iCloud is down?
Our server requests https://www.icloud.com/ every 2 minutes from outside your network. If iCloud answers at all, even with a redirect or a sign-in page, we count it as up. Timeouts, refused connections, DNS failures and 5xx server errors count as down. Press "Check now" to run a live test at any time.
Does iCloud have an official status page?
Yes. iCloud posts official status updates at apple.com.
